Open jacket with single hook-and-eye closure at the neck features raised metallic mylar covered flourish appliqué surrounded by small colorful bursts of sequins and glass seed beads for added texture. Fully lined with lightly puffed padded shoulders. We would wear over a white tee with a pair of high waisted trousers and sneakers.
